31 Weeks

I am currently awake...its 2:00 AM. I have a lot of this in my future, but why now?? Haha Truly I can't complain because I really am not that uncomfortable still and I am measuring full term; but, there are a few things contributing to my lack of sleep at this hour. I have some sort of allergy/cold going on. Stuffy nose and sore throat. Getting up to pee every hour. And, of course, my hips being sore. Thankfully, May and Brennan woke up with me so at least I have some entertainment...its too bad we don't have our video camera yet because the way my belly is jumping around is pretty awesome. I guess they haven't run out of room yet!! Anyway, we are now 2 hours into 31 weeks!! Its so exciting to finally be at this point. I can't believe in another month and a half (or so) we will be going from a family of 2 to a family of 4 (or 5...sorry Whiskers, some people don't count kittens). We are ready at the house for these babies to make their arrival...just need them to finish putting on the weight and getting those lungs ready for 5-6 more weeks (4 minimum/7 maximum). I will put some nursery pics up later today (when its actually daytime lol).

And here is my belly...I had to buy a few more maternity shirts to make it until the end of the pregnancy because some of mine were getting too short. Its really hard to find ones that fit good now because the top is too big if I get the length that is right.

I have an OB appointment on Thursday this week and an ultrasound on Friday (yay!!). I am hoping that May and Brennan will be very close to 4 lbs. 50th percentile for 31 weeks is 3lb 14oz. and I will be a few days past that. So far they have both been right around the 50th percentile or bigger. They will start to slow down now, so being on track at this ultrasound would be a great accomplishment. I am a little worried though because I weighed myself at my parents' house and it seems I have not gained any weight since my last OB appointment. It is not for lack of eating, I assure you!! Your continued prayers are appreciated, as always!! I will update again later this week.
